Your New Role
Working as part of the team, this role will provide remote and onsite support to customers to oversee and assist in managing infrastructure & Cloud environments.
Some of the key tasks will include:
Maintain a high level of customer service and attention to ensure SLA's are met.
Provide IT expertise and issue resolution to clientele.
Perform health checks & maintenance on customer networks & systems.
Deploy, support & maintain managed service platforms.
Be actively involved in systems implementations/upgrades and hardware roll-out projects.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation and company knowledge is stored.
About You!
To be successful, you will have prior experience working within an IT Managed Services environment (MSP), as either a Level 1 or Level 2 Service desk position and are ready to take that next step in advancing your career.
You have a genuine interest in new technologies and are eager to learn new skills and further your skills and knowledge through product certifications and training courses (paid by your employer!).
Other attributes will include:
Will hold a relevant IT qualification.
Has 'hands on' experience troubleshooting issues via phone or face to face interaction.
A sound understanding of configuring and installing virtual environments.
Skills with network switches, wireless access points and firewall support.
Experience supporting Windows Servers and desktop operating systems.
Administration experience with Active Directory, including group policy DNS and replication.
Critical to your success will be your communication skills, you will be proactive and engaging in your style and have a customer centric work ethos.
