Reporting to the IT Infrastructure and Security Manager, this role has a wide variety of IT tasks and projects to support the Brisbane site, Auckland, Bunnythorpe, and Temuka sites, and our remote working sales team members across Australia and New Zealand. Ideally, you will have 5+ years of experience across networking, routing, support desk, and enterprise systems exposure.
Here's an insight into the role:
Apply your exceptional relationship & interpersonal skills to provide L3 support across our sites.
Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade PC & mobile device setups.
Maintenance of effective security, backup, and disaster recovery processes & systems.
Execution of various local & global projects to improve existing infrastructure or business system capabilities.
Monitoring, maintenance, and configuration of servers & application software.
Assist with monitoring, capacity management & patching of network systems and infrastructure.
Documentation of IT procedures & configurations.
Provide configuration, training, and assistance for Datamars staff in the use of S/W & systems.

Technical problem-solving, diagnosis & troubleshooting skills.
Strong capability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines & keep a calm and positive nature.
Advanced MS server OS knowledge, Linux Server knowledge ideal. MS file and print server, AD configuration, MS 365 & Azure AD administration.
Advanced MS desktop OS knowledge, VMWare, Nutanix, Linux & Apple macOS knowledge ideal.
Network & routing experience.
Experience building servers.
IT Degree or Diploma or equivalent experience.
