Mo te tunga | About the roleThe primary role of the Inventory Coordinator is to carry out computer based accounting and coordination of stock for the Defence Munitions Management Group.Duties will also include:Maintaining an accurate electronic and physical database of stock.Conducting physical stock checks to ensure stock is accurately reflected on SAP, as well as conducting discrepancy investigations and recommendations for remedial action.Accurately performing computer accounting transactions and adhering to correct NZDF supply and ledger procedures.Issuing, receipting, and physically transferring both ammunition and non-ammunition goods alike.Managing customer requests and requirements to ensure smooth and efficient service.This role is based in a warehouse environment in Birkenhead, Auckland.
Once you have undergone training and are up to speed, there is the option of flexible working arrangements.
