About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vendor-Managed Inventory Planner to join the team in New Zealand, reporting to the Customer Demand and Experience Manager. This role will work closely with key partners to enhance customer engagement and streamline order and service management.
Responsibilities Product Replenishment & Planning: Ensure timely replenishment of customer products and collaboratively develop execution plans, proactively addressing potential risks to optimize service levels.Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal and customer teams to improve supply chain efficiency and enhance service delivery.Order & Claims Management: Oversee order processing and claims management for various channels, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional customer experience.This position requires being onsite five days a week at both the client's office and the partner's office in Auckland, with occasional travel to the South Island.
