As a member of the Lineage team, you are a critical link in the food supply chain.The Asia-Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore employing nearly 2,500 team members.This position carries the responsibility of ensuring that the Tauriko operations have effective systems and processes to maintain the highest level of service for customers of the company.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead and build on Lineage Logistics' health and safety culture.Maintain excellent relations with customers.Ensure the operational staff are advised of any changes to validation/auditing requirements.Perform stocktakes.Experience with database systems.Strong analytical skills.Excellent organisation and planning.Excellent communication skills.Achieving customer satisfaction.A strong work ethic.A clear understanding of safety.The ideal applicant will have:Experience as an inventory controller with knowledge of warehousing and lean workflows.Experience and knowledge about dealing with a Third-party logistics (3PL) provider.Experience with MPI requirements would also be advantageous.Excellent analytical skills.Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude.Knowledge of export certification software and processes.Knowledge of processes and inventory control management.Experience working with customers and MPI.Excellent organisation skills.A great 'can do' attitude and work ethic.A commitment to producing quality work.Experience using Excel, Word and Outlook.The ability to multitask.Why Lineage?Lineage is more than just a cold storage logistics business.
