We're seeking an experienced internal and change communications leader to help tell our stories, and to develop and embed a thriving and supportive culture for our complex and varied organisation.
This is a key role in our organisation, where you will be responsible for working closely with Strategic Relations and Communications leads and our executive lead team to embed the communications strategy to support our ongoing organisational development.
You'll help develop our internal communications channels, set the tone and frequency for our communications and develop excellent and effective relationships with the leadership teams across all our different ropu (business groups).
You'll take the lead in engaging our people to help drive a culture of collaboration and unity across our organisation and continue to improve our internal communications processes and practice.
He korero mou: About you
The Internal Communications Manager will work closely with our People, Strategic Relations and Communications teams to ensure delivery of well-planned, effective and engaging content to support our business and our people to deliver on Tataki Auckland Unlimited's strategic priorities.
You will manage the coordination of a range of communications initiatives and projects; establish new protocols or channels as appropriate; and manage often competing priorities from across our business.
You'll have a minimum of eight years' experience in a similar role; and you will need to be comfortable providing strategic communications counsel to Tataki Auckland Unlimited's People team and senior leaders.
Your ability to build trust and strong partnerships, and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders will be paramount, and you will need to be adaptable and pragmatic. Above all, you will need to be an excellent communicator, demonstrating leadership on internal campaigns and change initiatives that successfully engage and motivate others.
You are self-motivated, highly focused, and highly organised. You're a good listener and a good role model in the organisation; and you thrive when working collaboratively with others within in a large and complex organisation.
