To find out more about the WDCs, please see www.ohumahi.nz.Te Ahua o Te Turanga – The nature of the positionAs a member of our Hapaitia Finance team, our Internal Auditor role is responsible for developing and implementing a robust risk-based internal audit plan, working to improve internal controls and business processes.The Internal Auditor reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is part of a small team of eight. Part of the role will be to provide support to the Workforce Development Councils to manage key organisational risks.This position can be based in Wellington, Auckland, or remotely.This is a great opportunity for someone to apply their audit experience to a busy, varied environment. You will be responsible for delivering our annual internal audit plan and, alongside senior leadership, will develop best practice systems and practices across all six Councils.
