The Internal Audit vision is to safeguard Fonterra by providing trusted, objective assurance that enables effective risk management across the organization. We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Audit Manager to join our team and make a significant impact on the company's risk management strategy.
The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for managing and delivering high-quality audits, fostering positive stakeholder engagement, and contributing to strategic initiatives across the business. You will lead audits from scoping to delivery, ensuring thorough risk assessment and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and Deliver Audits: Take ownership of assigned audits, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet professional standards.Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, providing clear communication on audit findings and ensuring a smooth audit experience.Audit Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, scoping, and execution of audits, ensuring comprehensive coverage and quality assurance throughout the process.Team Leadership and Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to audit team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Contribute to Strategic Initiatives: Lead and contribute to the execution of strategic internal audit initiatives and the continuous improvement of the audit function.About you | Moe koeYou excel in stakeholder management, effectively building and maintaining relationships with various levels of the organisation, and you thrive in a collaborative team environment. You are skilled in Microsoft Suite and your knowledge of audit software, TeamMate, and SAP are a plus. This mix of technical know-how and people skills makes you a perfect fit for our team.
