We are seeking a dynamic and creative Intermediate Designer with a strong background in web design and branding to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of leading design projects, a comprehensive understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate strategic concepts into captivating visual assets. As an Intermediate Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our design initiatives, leading a team, and contributing to the growth of N4. who you are Minimum of 2 years of experience in web design and branding, preferably within an agency environment. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.). Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of web and branding projects, demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail. Proven experience in working within design teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HTML/CSS, UI/UX principles, and responsive design is a plus. what you'll be doing Conceptualise, design, and execute visually appealing and user-centered web interfaces that align with client objectives and brand identities. Develop comprehensive branding strategies that encompass logo design, typography, color palettes, and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to deliver cohesive design solutions that meet project goals and deadlines. Promote a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovative thinking and high-quality design output. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring all design deliverables align with client expectations and project scopes. Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address challenges to maintain project momentum. Interact with clients to gather design requirements, present design concepts, and receive feedback to refine and iterate on designs as needed.
