As an Intermediate / Senior Accountant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our clients by providing high-quality accounting services. You will assist with various financial tasks, apply your technical skills, and develop meaningful relationships with our clients. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and desires to enhance their accounting expertise.
Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial statements and month-end reporting.
Perform reconciliations of various accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and file tax returns for clients.
Aid in the analysis of financial data and provide insights to improve business performance.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of client work.
Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and industry trends.
About You Ability to build strong relationships with team members & clients.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in the use of accounting software – Xero and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional certification – or working towards (CA or CPA) – is preferred.
