We are looking for a talented and passionate Interior Designer Specialist to join us on a fixed-term 12 Months contract, bringing expertise and creativity to our exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize knowledge of the history of style and design theory to create innovative and timeless designs.Apply principles of colour theory and space planning to develop harmonious and visually appealing interiors.Work on perspective and design, creating detailed sketches and blueprints that reflect style and functionality.Lead and manage the entire planning process for interior design projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and expectations.Develop and implement presentation methodologies to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.Oversee interior design, ensuring the integration of mainly European building technology and modern design elements.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all aspects of the design project are executed according to the plan.Provide creative solutions for interior finishing and material selection.Stay updated on design trends, materials, and best practices in the industry.Requirements:
Degree or respective certifications or vocational training in Interior Design Expertise in European building technology with respect of a structural build, interior materials and finishing.Complete open mind and ability to swim against the streamProficiency in interior finishing techniques, material selection, and modern design trends.Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for design.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Understanding of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or and Adobe Creative Suite.Application Instructions:
