As a Complaints Insights Specialist, you will use your skills to:
Contribute to a high performing insights team accountable for data extraction, analysis, through delivery of value-add dashboards, scorecards, and reporting to provide a robust foundation for decision making.Interrogate data and transform it into stories through effective use of data visualisation.Design and develop data models and dashboards to support the business understand customer pain points.By doing this you will deliver high quality, accurate and on-time reporting, insights and analytics.

Your ability to apply a broad range of analytical techniques to correctly analyse and interpret data and ability to nurture strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders will make you a trusted adviser to the areas you support.
