We're looking for a passionate Infrastructure Engineer to join our high-performing IT Operations team. As part of the team, you'll be responsible for keeping our critical enterprise applications running smoothly, ensuring world-class performance, and driving operational excellence. Your goal? To help us deliver best-in-class outcomes to our customers – every single day.
What You'll Be Doing: Manage enterprise infrastructure applications like Citrix, Active Directory, Exchange, Skype, and more – keeping everything secure and running like clockwork.Maintain top-notch performance – you'll ensure KPIs are met, SLAs are smashed, and processes are followed to the highest standard.Proactively find solutions – you'll not just solve problems but think ahead to identify ways to make things better and faster for our business.Lead by example – be a role model for your team, driving best practices and positive outcomes.Manage infrastructure systems from provisioning and configuration to operation and maintenance.Continuous learning and growth – participate in training and mentoring programs, keeping yourself and your team at the cutting edge of technology.About You Ideally, you will have at least 1-5 years' experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, with at least one MTA certification along with a strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and the ability to keep things running efficiently, even in a high-pressure, 24/7/365 environment. You will also have:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills – whether you're working with your team, explaining ideas, or presenting solutions, you know how to get your point across.A proven ability to balance teamwork and independence – you're collaborative but can also handle things on your own when needed.A knack for problem-solving – constantly challenging the status quo and looking for better ways to get things done.The drive to learn and grow – always curious, always improving.What's in it for You?
