Euronet is seeking a hands-on Information Security Manager to join our team.
The Security Manager is responsible for supporting and maintaining the security of epay Australia and New Zealand users and computing infrastructure (75%).
This includes offices, datacenter server systems, network equipment, virtualization, and cloud deployments.
The Security Manager will also take ownership for security compliance, risk, and regulatory or audit related work (25%).
Duties Administer security software that monitors systems and networks for attacks, security breaches, and intrusions.
Liaise with development and devops teams to design, implement, and monitor secure software and devops procedures.
Identify, define, and document system security requirements and recommend solutions to management.
Assist business stakeholders with audit and compliance related requests.
Develop, execute, and track the performance of security measures to protect information and network infrastructure and computer systems.
Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain security infrastructure software and hardware.
Lead security investigations and assist with planning and execution of security incident response situations.
Assist in design of computer security strategy and engineer comprehensive cybersecurity architecture.
Implement and update Euronet's information security strategy.
Assist in developing and updating local security related policies and procedures.
Liaison between IT/security and internal/external auditors and regulators.
Management reporting and resolution ownership/oversight of security related issues and risks to global security team and epay business leadership.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an IT related field or equivalent experience.
5-7 years' experience in a Lead security role.
Skills Experience designing, building, maintaining, monitoring, and securing Amazon Web Services deployed infrastructure.
Proficient with Linux and Windows server operating systems and services in a demanding production environment.
Working experience with intrusion prevention, virus detection, firewalls, VPN, encryption, authentication/authorization, Data Loss Prevention, Certificate services, protocol and traffic analysis, and Qualys.
Programming/scripting in relevant languages.
Exceptional communication skills.
Proven ability to build strong working relationships with peers and Executives.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to take initiative and see projects through to completion.
Passionate about technology and security.
Continual learner.
Information Security Certifications are highly desired.
Knowledge and Implementation Experience with Security Frameworks and Certifications a plus (i.e.
PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA, NIST, SOC 2, SOX 404, etc.).
