About the role:
Are you passionate about helping people develop their careers? Our client has a proven track record of supporting and developing people in their chosen career with training, qualifications and apprenticeships.
This is a 12-month, fixed term role, with the office based in Harewood, Christchurch with the flexibility to work from home (hybrid).
Duties of the role:
Support trainee career pathways and training progression through collaboration with employers, trainees and industry experts.
Promote company services to attract trainees and apprentices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and target clients.
Manage regular call cycles and appointments throughout the Christchurch region.
Promote services at industry events and engage with potential customers and trainees.
Manage the CRM and ensure documentation is compliant with set standards.

Skills & Experience:
Have a passion for training and development.
Experience in education/NZQA knowledge/training and development may be advantageous.
Proven experience of business development and effectively managing client relationships.
Great computer skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
This role requires a real "People Person".
Due to the nature of this role, you must hold a clean, full NZ drivers' licence as this role requires travel around the region in a company vehicle.
