Job Description:As the IT Manager cum E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our in(1)house developed ERP system, alongside overseeing our entire e-commerce infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure the robustness, security, and scalability of our IT systems while driving innovation in our e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· ERP System Management: Oversee the in-house developed ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. Lead system upgrades, customization, and troubleshooting to meet evolving business needs.
· IT Infrastructure: Manage all IT systems, including servers, databases, networks, and security protocols. Ensure the high availability, scalability, and security of all IT assets.
· E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee the technical aspects of our e-commerce platforms, including website architecture, server management, and integration with third-party services (payment gateways, CRM, analytics tools).
· Automation and Optimization: Implement automation tools and processes to streamline operations within the ERP and e-commerce systems. Identify and address bottlenecks to enhance performance and user experience.
· Cybersecurity: Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect company data and customer information. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
· Data Management and Analytics: Oversee data management practices across the organization, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Use data analytics to drive e-commerce strategies and decision(1)making.
· Tech Stack Evaluation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools. Evaluate and recommend new software and tools to enhance IT and e-commerce operations.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth deployment of new features and updates. Provide technical guidance and support to other departments.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on ERP systems and e-commerce platforms
· Proficiency in managing complex IT infrastructures, including networks, servers, and databases
· Strong knowledge of e-commerce technologies, such as CMS platforms (Magento, Shopify), payment gateways, and SEO tools.
· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
· Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
· Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
