We are looking for a driven and experienced ICT Project Manager to lead our key telecommunications and IP security projects. Job Description : The ICT Project Manager specializing in Telecommunications and IP Security is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects related to: GPON Networks WAN, LAN, and Wireless LAN PBX Systems IP Security Solutions , including CCTV, intercom, access control, and room locker systems Broader ICT services , such as IT outsourcing, cloud computing, and data security This role involves managing complex projects, coordinating with technical teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering solutions that meet client requirements within specified timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities : Project Planning and Scope Definition : Develop detailed project plans for telecom and IP security projects, specifying goals, strategy, timeline, and resource allocation. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, considering GPON networks, WAN, LAN, Wireless LAN, PBX systems, IP security solutions, and broader ICT services. Technical Coordination : Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement GPON networks, WAN, LAN, Wireless LAN, PBX systems, CCTV, intercom, access control, and room locker systems. Ensure seamless integration of various telecommunication and IP security components. Resource Management : Allocate project resources effectively, considering the expertise required for GPON networks, IP security, LAN, WAN, and other ICT services. Manage and coordinate internal and external teams to ensure optimal project performance. Compliance and Quality Assurance : Ensure that projects comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Conduct quality checks to guarantee the functionality, security, and performance of telecommunication and IP security systems. Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients or stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations effectively. Risk Management : Identify risks associated with telecom, IP security, and ICT projects and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project risks, proactively address issues, and ensure project delivery remains on track. ICT Services Integration : Oversee the integration of telecommunication and IP security systems with broader ICT services such as IT outsourcing, cloud computing, and data security. Ensure seamless communication and data exchange between different ICT components. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, configurations, and user manuals. Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and future milestones. Qualifications : A Bachelor's degree in ICT, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field is required if you do not hold a relevant qualification. In-depth knowledge of GPON networks, WAN, LAN, Wireless LAN, and IP security solutions. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-faceted projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
