We are now looking for skilled and enthusiastic content creators to join our team!This is a completely flexible, entirely remote, part-time role that can be worked from anywhere in the world!What this role is responsible for:Work with the Head of IB Content and Product Manager & the Head of IB Physics Content to develop IB-style practice questions and solutions for Revision Village's IB Curricula in alignment with the provided specifications.Develop video explanations for Revision Village's IB-style questions in alignment with the provided specifications.Having an expert level of understanding of the IB Curriculum requirements, subject-specific pedagogy, and a strong willingness to learn the intricacies of curriculum and video development.Respond positively and productively to feedback provided by the Head of Physics Content, refining the content produced in accordance with the feedback.Measure product performance using agreed metrics with key stakeholders and provide regular reporting on the process.How you'll know you're crushing it:Meeting deadlines and quality metrics with regards to the creation of IB content and questions.What skills and experience you'll need:Highly proficient in the content of IB PhysicsIB teaching and/or tutoring experience in your subject highly preferredAbility to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced role, juggling multiple deadlinesDemonstrated content development skills and experience in the IB Curriculum (preferred but not essential)Uncompromising focus on perfection and high personal standardsThe ability and experience to work for a small, fast-paced teamAdvanced interpersonal skills to problem solve in high-pressure situationsA high appetite for personal development and hard work - the role will feature intense mentorship and collaboration, in a fast-paced and high-expectations environment.If you're passionate about growing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and want to work with cutting-edge technology then we'd love to hear from you!Please keep an eye on your spam / junk email folder for correspondence from Team Tailor.
