Full-time / Part-time · Enschede HQ or Valencia.

We were the winner of the FD Gouden Gazelle (medium-sized companies) for the fastest-growing company in the Eastern Netherlands and are among the 250 fastest-growing scale-ups in the Netherlands. We are based in the Netherlands (Enschede), with offices in London and Valencia. We currently have 65 employees with 17 different nationalities. The working language within Inverid is English.
Your Job As an IAM engineer, you will be joining our multinational highly skilled team of developers that cover various disciplines and technologies. Although each developer brings his or her own perspectives and specialties, we consider development a joint effort. Although this job opening is really focused on an IAM engineer, we're looking for someone that can also contribute to our wider highly-secure server development.
We believe that close cooperation is the key to a high-quality product offering. Our developers take pride in contributing to a product offering with an impact on society. Cooperation is facilitated by our friendly working environment and flat and informal local-based structure. Ideas for solutions are brought to the table by everyone and jointly discussed and explored. Furthermore, we have a very diverse and multinational customer base with their specific (technological) challenges, hence never a dull moment.
Be a part of our server development team, with backend developers (mostly Java, but also Python and Ruby-on-rails) and frontend (mostly Angular and Typescript). You'll expand and deepen the IAM/Keycloak expertise in this team.
You will work with our Chief Architect to evolve our authentication and authorization across the different services we provide.
You will contribute to other development tasks in the server team and/or to our DevOps/CloudOps teams.
You will ensure you spread your IAM expertise in the company.
You may optionally contribute to our big-data analysis of our logging (ReadID Analytics, using Elastic Search).
You will contribute to the roadmap for ReadID.
You will contribute to our automated UI and API testing.
You will work with and for customers from all over the world.
Our development team has two locations: Valencia and Enschede. There are possibilities to work from the other locations once in a while, for example, to escape the Valencia summer heat or the wet Enschede autumn for a couple of weeks.
Who are you? This job is open for junior, mediors and seniors.
You have a university (MSc) or applied university/college (HBO/BSc) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Security or similar.
You can speak and write English.
You have experience with IAM, and especially with OpenID Connect and Keycloak.
You are very security-minded.
You currently live at traveling distance from Enschede or Valencia, or are willing to relocate here. You work at least 2 days a week at the office.
What do we offer? We offer a challenging work environment where you can make a difference in reducing identity fraud. You will work in a team of more than 65 highly qualified researchers, developers, architects and UX designers from 17 countries.
Within Inverid, you will get extensive opportunities to specialize in different sectors and technologies, as a solid foundation for the rest of your career with internal and external training courses.
Inverid offers a competitive salary with a result-dependent variable remuneration on top.
Inverid offers a fully employer-paid pension and the option to buy additional holidays.
We consider work-life balance very important and offer the possibility of flexible hours and working from home. Part-time is possible with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
Naturally, you will receive a high-end laptop (Windows or Macbook) and a phone from us.
We support relocation if necessary, both financially and actively.
Inverid has a recognized sponsorship from the Dutch government, which makes it possible for candidates from outside the EU to obtain a work visa.
