What Is in Your Portfolio Business partnering with a varied selection of departments across the Kinleith Mill, your baseline responsibility will be ensuring people leaders receive professional, effective advice and guidance on all employment matters. Assisting the managers and employees with navigating their way through the different agreements and understanding the collectives will offer you a challenge within itself. Coaching managers on best practice performance management, guiding them through disciplinaries, and ultimately helping the leaders to create high performing teams! As well as the BAU that comes with the complete employee lifecycle, you will also be able to add value to the wider HR team projects. About You Our new team member will have at least 3 years previous experience within HR roles, be self-driven, know when to have a laugh, and have an eye for detail.
