Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Westferry Property Services Ltd, established in 2007, is a privately owned commercial cleaning company with 150+ staff members based across the wider Auckland Region. As a company, we pride ourselves on being big enough to possess the necessary infrastructure and resources to be effective and efficient, while still remaining hands-on and closely connected to our people and clients. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team for 12 months covering parental leave. Our small team is responsible for a variety of functions within the organisation, including:
General HR administrative and operational tasks
Organisational policy management
Learning and development initiatives
Health and safety and workplace investigations
Internal and external communications
Oversee payroll processing
Performance review and development planning
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is essential
At least 5 years' prior experience in an HR Manager role
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
Proficiency in using HRIS and Payroll systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
