Opportunities in this business are rare, and it's the perfect time to join the journey.The Role:This newly created position reports directly to the inspiring Owner and Marketing Director and sits on the leadership team. The responsibilities are broadly scoped and relate to the basic human resources strategy and its execution.Working 10 - 16 hours a week, this role is based at Auckland Airport, with free parking on site. No remote working.Your key performance indicators will align with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employment agreements, CRM management, compliance and policy management, and team events.Background:We'd like to hear from you if you have proven Human Resources experience in a similar customer-facing service environment, particularly in recruitment and compliance. You can reflect on stories of contributing to low staff turnover through exceptional recruitment selection and your proactive approach to ensuring compliance and adapting to new regulations. You have strong organisational skills, experience with employee record management, and excellent communication skills for liaising with leaders and employees. You must have the capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.By nature, you are pragmatic, eager, resilient, and have a "can do" attitude.
