Reporting to the GM Human Resources and working within the HR team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support in the HR function across the New Zealand business and collaborate on initiatives which contribute towards the retention of our staff.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the GM Human Resources in ensuring that the HR policies, procedures and employment resources are up-to-date and available to the business.Maintain the HR database and reporting.Complete all employee documentation and maintain employee files.Provide support to the team's training & development and recruitment functions, as needed, including helping to coordinate events and activities.This is a fulltime, permanent role based in our Support Office in East Tamaki in Auckland.RequirementsAbout YouTo shine in this role, you'll bring your positive and solutions-focused attitude and strong attention-to-detail skills, along with your organisational skills.
