The role Following business growth, we have an exciting new opportunity for an additional HR Administrator to join our knowledgeable and experienced HR team and be supported by great training and shared expertise across the business.
Reporting to the GM Human Resources and working within the HR team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support in the HR function across the New Zealand business and collaborate on initiatives which contribute towards the retention of our staff.
Amongst your key responsibilities, you'll support the GM Human Resources in ensuring that the HR policies, procedures and employment resources are up-to-date and available to the business, maintain the HR database and reporting, complete all employee documentation and maintain employee files.
In addition, provide support to the team's training & development and recruitment functions, as and when needed, including helping to coordinate events and activities.
This is a fulltime, permanent role based in our Support Office in East Tamaki in Auckland.
Requirements About you To shine in this role, you'll bring your positive and solutions-focused attitude and strong attention-to-detail skills, along with your organisational skills.
You'll be a collaborative and supportive team player and have great customer service/relationship and confident communication skills when it comes to dealing with your internal and external stakeholders.
Your good time management skills and IT savvy will also benefit as your experience in Excel and an HRIS will help you enter this role.
