We have an exciting opportunity for a HSW Data and Reporting Analyst. This role is crucial in enhancing Auckland Council's health, safety, and wellbeing management. You will provide high-quality data and insightful commentary to effectively communicate the HSW story. Stay current with HSW reporting trends, oversee the day-to-day operations of the HSW reporting system (Donesafe), and continuously enhance reporting quality to support the organization's safety maturity.Your efforts will ensure that the information provided is not only accurate but also meaningful, helping to improve safety and wellbeing across the organization.Do you have a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for safety and wellbeing? Our ideal applicant will understand the importance of both these factors in the workplace, with potential experience in the occupational HSW space, and preferably also in data and information management reporting.We will be looking for specific experience with the key role requirements:Experience using HSW data and reporting system/sProven capability to identify and manage key relationshipsMinimum Level 4 or equivalent qualification in occupational health and safetyEvidence of continuous professional developmentAuckland Council is one of the largest local authorities in the South Pacific providing essential services and facilities to more than 1.5 million people.
