ABOUT THE COMPANY Award winning NZ food production & distribution business with over 350 staff nationwide. Major supplier to St Pierres, Wendys, Burger Fuel & more. Mount Wellington location. THE ROLE Working as part of the Human Resources team, your tasks will include: Assisting with loading & checking payroll for all staff using Data Pay Maintaining payroll records Providing advice & assistance to managers & staff across recruitment, remuneration, performance management, training & development, & employment relations Providing contracts & forms for new staff members Maintaining up to date information in HR policies & procedures Working hours are 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will need to have a good understanding & experience in processing payroll runs of over 300 staff, & potentially HR admin experience. A background in the distribution or logistics sector is preferable. Please note this position is initially on a temporary contract for 3 months with the definite potential for a permanent position.
