HR Manager – New World Brookfield We're currently on the lookout for an experienced HR Manager to join the team at New World Brookfield! This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior leadership position, helping to drive the overall performance of the store and our 185+ people through culture, strong HR practices and people development.
The Role: Provide generalist HR support to the management team and owner/operators. Sink your teeth into our current HR processes, helping to make positive changes to further build on our store culture. Partner with leaders to provide coaching and mentoring. Take ownership of driving a high-performing, inclusive and positive store culture, with a focus on boosting team engagement. Recruitment, onboarding and inductions. Lead and support managers with the Performance Management and disciplinary's. Staff training and development. Strategic planning for all things people – HR, talent, wellness, capability and culture.
