This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior leadership position, helping to drive the overall performance of the store and our 185+ people through culture, strong HR practices, and people development. The Role: Provide generalist HR support to the management team and owner/operators. Sink your teeth into our current HR processes, helping to make positive changes to further build on our store culture. Partner with leaders to provide coaching and mentoring. Take ownership of driving a high-performing, inclusive and positive store culture, with a focus on boosting team engagement. Recruitment, onboarding, and inductions. Lead and support managers with Performance Management and disciplinary actions. Staff training and development. Strategic planning for all things people – HR, talent, wellness, capability, and culture. What's in it for you?
