Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the futureHR Manager will be responsible for long-range HR planning as well as partner with CoE's and HR Operations & Services to meet the day-to-day HR operations for the Ferndale Refinery. The incumbent, as lead Human Resources Business Partner, is expected to have commensurate knowledge and ability to lead Refinery Leadership Teams in the management of all personnel and personnel related activities (Utilization of all Employee and Manager Self-Service processes; workforce planning; lead local Talent Management processes; acting in concert with the business to align business goals with employee development strategies and to facilitate the completion of those goals through others).
