Job Description AFFCO Moerewa is seeking an experienced HR coordinator to join our team in a permanent position. The successful applicant will work with our Head Office HR and plant management teams to provide best practice advice and support in areas such as recruitment, induction, training and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR or related discipline and will be seeking the opportunity to take the next step in their career. Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the business and within the local community is essential. Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment would be advantageous. Each day is varied, however tasks required for the role include; End to end recruitment process, including inducting new staff Ensuring required employment documentation is completed and maintained in the HR system Training and Development initiatives are rolled out Coaching and mentoring supervisors and managers to navigate Employment Relations on site Communicating with Head Office HR to ensure people management on site is effective and in-line with the company strategy Ensure compliance at all times Being Health & Safety centric Qualifications The successful candidate will have the following: Tertiary qualification in HR or related field, or Relevant experience in the HR field. You must be eligible to work in New Zealand to be considered for this role.
