Details of the offer

Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Full time
We are on a journey to a more systems-supported HR ecosystem but need your immediate help in setting up HR assets such as policies, SOPs, revised Job Descriptions, and various templates.
Alongside this, there is a need for you to work alongside the HR Business Partner to document day-to-day HR queries manually until the IT HR systems are embedded.
This permanent role is a great opportunity for someone collaborative who is highly driven by accuracy and managing HR and training improvement processes.
The IT systems will be built out, but for future needs, you will be HR platform savvy, have a handle on HR reporting, and experience in coordinating training, year-end reviews, and other standard HR processes.
Purpose of Role
The HR Coordinator is responsible for managing HR and training processes manually until the crossover to electronic systems. You will lead in the triaging of HR inboxes, dealing with low-level queries, and support the HR team with prompt and accurate HR documentation. You will liaise with payroll and, in time, coordinate recruitment and onboarding.

Successful performance in this role will be indicated by:
Completion, accuracy, and security of personnel data within SharePoint
Feedback from HR team / payroll / ACC regarding accuracy and timeliness of HR documentation
Culturally appropriate interactions with employees (kaimahi)
Ability to organize logistics for training and other HR events
