About the Role: The Senior Human Resources Advisor is responsible for providing high quality advice and support to our clients, managers and staff in the areas of employment relations, performance management, remuneration, training and development and generalist HR advice.
Responsibilities: Employment relations advice and assistance Performance management and disciplinary processes Provide Induction, Training & Development support Assist with INZ Employer Accreditation Projects Work closely with the consulting team to enhance work processes across the office and client model About You: You will have the ability and confidence to build effective relationships with all stakeholders, be an advocate for strong and reliable HR practices, and have:
Qualifications in a relevant field At least 3 years in HR at a generalist advisory level within New Zealand Demonstrable Employment Relations experience and knowledge of current New Zealand employment legislation Sound knowledge of New Zealand based performance management, change management, organisational development and recruitment current principles / best practice Excellent client relationship skills with ability to form strong relationships through collaboration, problem solving and negotiation Keen to own your workload and make things happen Intermediate level IT skills including CRM experience and MS Office Culture & Benefits: The company values are important to us all, so we will be looking for someone that lives and breathes them - driven, transparent, collaborative, agile, inspiring, and compassionate.
