About the Role
The primary purpose of the role is to provide essential HR services for employee queries, processing expense claims, tracking compliance activities, and supporting onboarding processes. There is a strong focus on accuracy, upholding high standards of privacy and integrity in addressing employee queries and requests. This is a collaborative and busy team striving to provide a seamless delivery of HR service to the organisation.
Skills and Experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all documentation
Intermediate knowledge and skills in using Microsoft, online tools, and HRIS applications
Self-motivated and organised, able to prioritise tasks effectively
Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred
You Will Bring
Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth
Experience in projects/initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.
