Hpsnz Financial Operations Lead

High Performance Sport New Zealand (HPSNZ) is looking for an experienced Financial Operations Lead to work in their Finance team at the National Training Centre on Auckland's North Shore.Reporting to the Financial Operations Manager you will lead a team of four and be responsible for providing high quality, accurate, timely, and relevant finance support to HPSNZ, and for ensuring systems and controls are operating effectively to manage financial risk.To succeed in this role, you will:have at least five years' experience in a senior financial accounting position,hold a CA or CPA (or equivalent) qualification,have experience working in a high volume and complex environment,be highly organised, meticulous in your attention to detail, and work well under pressure,have an advanced level of MS Excel skills,be able to influence finance colleagues and stakeholders to achieve results.Your excellent technical, leadership, influencing, and relationship skills will make you a highly valued addition to our small team of performance support professionals.HPSNZ's vision is to inspire the nation through more New Zealanders winning on the world stage.
