The Housing Broker role was created to increase the connections between private landlords, property managers and the wider private rental market.In this role, you will work alongside regional housing staff to support the connection of our clients to suitable and sustainable private rental options.What you'll be doingProviding valuable housing market insights.Engaging in sales and marketing efforts.Actively interacting and communicating with the housing team to support clients.Cultivating and managing relationships while forging partnerships.What you'll need to succeedA high level of technical expertise and professional knowledge in the private rental market and the broader housing sector.Current knowledge of regional and national private rental and housing market dynamics, including challenges and opportunities.A comprehensive understanding of tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities.Proficiency in promotional and marketing skills, with an understanding of key strategies and approaches.Exceptional interpersonal skills.A strong client-centric approach.Outstanding relationship management and communication skills.The ability to consistently deliver successful outcomes.A full and clear driver's licence and the ability to travel around the Auckland region is essential.Join our positive work environment, where mutual support is paramount as we collectively strive for excellent client outcomes.You will benefit from comprehensive training, ongoing support, and professional development opportunities.How to applyTo apply, click the 'Apply Now' button to upload your CV, cover letter and complete the online application form.Please provide a response to the two questions below in your cover letter:Why are you interested in this position?
