Job Description About the opportunity
Join our Technology Vertical as QA Engineer (Intermediate) in NZ (Remote) to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers' experiences.
Reporting into Software Development Team Lead , you will help us conduct tests throughout all stages of software development to ensure quality of our software products . You will design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases and automated tests to identify defects and ensure that our products meet the required standards. Some of the other responsibilities include:
Closely working with software engineers, product managers, business analysts to drive the QA process, contributing ideas and process improvement
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools
Location: In this position, you can work from home 100%, anywhere in NZ, provided you have full working rights.
This role is best suited to current QAs who are at intermediate to early senior level.

Required qualifications for this role:
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET and testing frameworks like xUnit or similar tools.
Previous experience in QA engineering, preferably in a microservices environment.
Previous experience in or a high level of exposure to automation testing will be the strong preference.
High level of knowledge in SQL.
Experience in design, implementation, and execution of test strategies and solutions.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Motivated by a fast-evolving environment where you'll have to constantly adapt - no two days are the same!
