Join us as Heavy Diesel Mechanic in our Petone workshop.
In this role you will complete the service, repair and maintenance of heavy vehicles and mobile plant to help deliver work for our customers safely on time, within budget, to the highest quality standard.
You will be working alongside an experienced and supportive team in an environment that is both rewarding and enjoyable.
In addition to the above you will:
Look after the safety of yourself and people around you, push 'pause' when needed, never carry out a task when the safety of yourself and others is at risk.
Service and repair vehicles and plant while following correct repair procedure.
Report all failure/breakdowns/causes to the supervisor.

We're looking for someone with:
Minimum class 2, with 4 and 5 licenses preferred but not essential.
WTR and F endorsement essential.
Ability to work on a wide range of vehicles including utes, crew cabs, trucks, rollers, diggers, hoes, and graders from servicing to major repairs.
Trade qualification or other relevant NZQA for the role.
