Production Coordinator - Wellington Based

This onsite role is open to both NZ and Australian candidates willing and able to relocate to Wellington, NZ.

Having a general understanding of the VFX workflow and inter-dependencies, experience with meeting tight deadlines and a proven track record in supporting artists schedules and task tracking will be critical to your success in this role. A solid knowledge of scheduling tools such as Shotgun, database knowledge, Excel and Office 365 is also important. You'll have an eye for detail, be comfortable working independently and be confident liaising with production and artists at all levels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Schedule management and tracking of daily and weekly deliverables

Supporting APM and working closely with team leadership

Arranging dailies, rounds and meetings, creating playlists and recording notes

Arranging and/or attending VFX Supervisor reviews & Client reviews

Supporting artists workload and morale

Requesting overtime as necessary

Coordinating product delivery & reporting as required.
