We are looking for a passionate and experienced leader to join our team and make a lasting impact on the lives of our students.Role overview: As the head teacher, you will lead the educational program, ensuring that it meets the diverse needs of our students. You will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, managing staff, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Your role will involve working closely with students, their families, and the wider community to provide holistic support.Key responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Teen Parent Unit. Develop and deliver a flexible curriculum tailored to the needs of young parents. Provide leadership and support to teaching and support staff. Work closely with external agencies to ensure students receive comprehensive support. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting programs as necessary. Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Engage with the community and advocate for the needs of young parents.Qualifications and skills: Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience in educational leadership, preferably in a similar setting. Strong understanding of the challenges faced by young parents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and the community. Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to the well-being of students.
