We are on the lookout for a seasoned ECE Leader to join a well established provider located centrally in Palmerston North. This role would best suit someone with proven leadership skills, well versed with curriculum, is able to support and mentor a team of Kaiako, foster a positive culture and is confident with compliance requirements. This is a permanent full time position leading a classroom of 50 tamariki in a large over 100 licence centre. Open to considering a primary endorsed with experience working with children aged 0 - 6 years. Current New Zealand Teachers Registration. A genuine warmth, care, and passion for children. Strong background in curriculum development Team-player who is collaborative and reflects upon best practice. The ability to foster a positive team culture and environment Sound knowledge and understanding of Te Whariki.
