The position commences at the beginning of term 1, 2025 (January 27th), or at a later date by mutual agreement, and runs through until December 19th, 2025.
We have had unprecedented roll growth, and are opening a new Y3–4 classroom.
Responsibilities: The successful applicant will have energy and inspiration to work with colleagues, akonga, and whanau to successfully shape the learning of our tamariki. Our new kaiako will put akonga at the centre, genuinely collaborate, and have skills that complement the existing teaching team.
We're looking for a forward-thinking teacher who challenges themselves and is able to provide an innovative, culturally responsive learning environment that encourages and supports diverse learners. You'll be willing to share or extend your knowledge and understanding of te Ao Maori. Teamwork and collegiality will go hand in hand with an engaging and positive outlook.
Classroom Details: The position is working in a Y3–4 class – curriculum levels one and two.
