In this full-time, permanent role, you'll work 40 hours a week with our 2.5 to 4-year-olds, leading a team of expert teachers who tailor learning experiences to support each child's unique needs. As well as: B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teacher Certification A strong understanding of programme planning, pedagogy and curriculum Good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality Joining BestStart means joining a whanau.
