Due to the promotion of our current Head of Sport to senior leadership, we are looking for a dynamic, well-organised, passionate sports fanatic to join our TIS team. The position would be made up of approximately 0.5 Sport, with the other 0.5 utilising the successful candidate's areas of strength elsewhere in our school.
Key attributes and skills needed for this role include:
Outstanding external and internal communication across our sporting community
Being highly organised and having experience in running whole school events such as Athletic Sports and Cross Country
Experience in running inter-school sporting events
Coordinate and plan for our Super 11 and AIMS Games representative teams
Oversee the teaching of physical education to ensure high standards across the school
Develop and foster positive relationships with students, parents, coaches, and outside providers
Have a strong presence that enhances the culture of our school
This position could possibly attract another fixed-term unit.
