We are looking for an experienced leader to Head our Business Performance and Remediation within Financial Crime Operations.

Mo te Turanga | About the role As the Head of Business Performance and Remediation you will oversee and optimise the performance of offshore partners and focus on ensuring that offshore operations meet business objectives and maintain high levels of efficiency, quality and compliance. You will provide feedback to our partners where necessary and ensure corrective actions are taken.
You will proactively support the successful delivery of the Financial Crime strategic programmes of work into FCO, working alongside key stakeholders and influencing them at all levels.
You will manage Performance Management activities, FCO strategy, centralised programme management of remediation activities, and the onshore flexible team. You will analyse performance data, metrics, and improvement plans to executive leadership, generating reports to provide senior management with insights into FCO teams, including progress and remediation efforts.
You will manage FCO's governance forums to lead robust risk and operational outcomes, ensuring effective delivery of outcomes.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need a high level of strategic, financial and consultancy experience, with the ability to lead large portfolios of people, resources, and budgets.
You should have the ability to drive the FCO strategic roadmap to deliver effective and efficient outcomes, manage offshore work allocation and performance, and understand complex business requirements to translate them into operational processes.
You should be comfortable leading and facilitating business and strategic planning processes.
