Red Stag TimberLab is seeking a dynamic Head of Operations to oversee our state-of-the-art Engineered Wood Product (EWP) plant in Rotorua.About the Role:As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for all operational activities at the Rotorua EWP manufacturing plant.
This includes, but is not limited to:Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)Productivity & QualityEnvironmental, Health and Safety (EHS)Cost control and budget managementScheduling, logistics and supply chain managementEngineering Services (ES) and maintenanceHuman Resource (HR) management (including recruiting, training, and performance management)Operational reporting and associated budgetary fiscal performanceKey Responsibilities:The primary responsibilities of this role involve improving Overall Operational Effectiveness (OEE), promoting a proactive team culture, and ensuring environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance.
Ensuring high-end quality and delivery of products and services is essential.
