With sites across a wide geographical region in the Central and Lower North Island, they are transitioning their management structure for regional and national growth on an increased scale. Their focus on the future, customer, and community defines their success.PositionThe Head of Operations, based in Wellington, is integral to the efficient running of the business during an exciting time in its growth and evolution of the sector. Leading the diverse operations teams, risk management (including HSE), developing capability and an inclusive workplace at multi-site facilities is important. The role includes high visibility with customers comprising local government, commercial and corporate entities, in managing contracts, project work and service delivery. Therefore revenue, pricing, cost control, budgeting and recognising business development opportunities fits naturally within the responsibilities. This position will evolve and expand with integration of services, refinement of systems and development of the team structure.PersonA contemporary leadership role, it will engage your talents in managing efficient operations, problem solving, developing people and driving performance.
