Our client, KidsCan, is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing and Supporter Services to join their dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to lead a passionate team in strategically managing the KidsCan brand, developing and executing marketing strategies, and overseeing communications and public relations activities. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the Marketing and Brand team in strategically managing the KidsCan brand. You will develop innovative marketing strategies that drive brand recognition and donor engagement. Your expertise in digital marketing infrastructure will be crucial in building robust systems for marketing automation, social media management, website optimisation, and CRM integration. Collaborating with all teams within KidsCan, you will ensure shared objectives are achieved while enhancing the KidsCan brand.Provide inspirational leadership to the Marketing and Supporter Services team, fostering a collaborative environment.Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.Oversee media relations, ensuring alignment with KidsCan's communication strategy.Build and lead the digital marketing infrastructure, including marketing automation, social media, website, and CRM integration.Manage relationships with external agencies, including advertising and media partners.Provide monthly performance reports detailing customer and revenue metrics, key performance indicators, and other relevant data.Lead the marketing planning process, including the development of KidsCan wide marketing and communications plans.What you bring:As our ideal candidate for the Head of Marketing and Supporter Services role at KidsCan, you bring a wealth of experience in senior marketing leadership roles. Your strong track record in brand management, communications, data and digital marketing sets you apart from others. You have proven experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems which will be invaluable in this role. Your excellent communication skills coupled with your ability to collaborate effectively make you an ideal fit for our team-oriented culture.
