As the Head of Commercial and Operations, you'll work alongside the CEO to lead and elevate ITC's operational success, ensuring that every aspect of the business runs seamlessly and aligns with their strategic goals.
You'll be responsible for:
Safety and Compliance: Business transformation to ensure all health, safety, and compliance standards are met to uphold the highest operational standards.
Operational Excellence: Driving effective operations across regions to meet targets in revenue, profitability, and growth.
Commercial Leadership: Guiding commercial strategies to build new revenue streams, strengthen client relationships, and maintain our standing as a trusted partner in the sector.
Team Empowerment: Leading and mentoring high-performing teams, developing leaders across ITC, and fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Financial Stewardship: Overseeing budgets, developing business cases, and leading the preparation of financial budgets, monitoring performance, and developing strategic investments that improve profitability.
Your leadership style will also embody the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, ensuring ITC operates with a deep respect for Maori and Pacific values, while promoting sustainable outcomes and economic development.
Nga tino pukenga me wheako - Essential knowledge, skills and experiences
Degree qualification in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience working in a senior executive role, project management, ideally in a H&S focused industry.
A track record of business transformation.
Expertise in commercial strategy and operational excellence.
A deep understanding of corporate finance and performance management.
Familiarity with Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application in a business setting.
A track record of managing large, cross-functional teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
