How this opportunity is different This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in overseeing the strategic change, bringing together key elements across AON to enhance our delivery to clients and colleagues alike.
You will act as the business owner and facilitator of large change initiatives across Process, Delivery, Automation and Technology. You will be key in identifying critical process gaps and delivering new operating models.
A few key areas of responsibility will be: Consulting with our respective functional areas to understand our strategic priorities.Aligning regional and global capabilities to ensure successful client delivery.Streamlining processes, tools, and technology to support our employees in their day-to-day duties.Skills and experience that will lead to success You will come from a strong background in building processes, operating models, and alignment to business strategy. Not only will you be able to articulate change, but also the opportunity this creates. The ability to lead not only people but large operational programmes of work is essential.
A few key skills we are looking for: Strategic design and implementation across business operations verticals.Strong inter-personal skills and a high degree of commercial acumen.Preferably experience in NZ financial services (ideally insurance).How we support our colleagues We encourage a diverse workforce.
