Job Description As the Head of Brand for The Warehouse, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience.
Reporting to the GM Marketing, your responsibilities will include: Strategic Brand Development: Lead the 3-year brand strategy for The Warehouse, aligning it with our business goals.
Brand Implementation: Act as the gatekeeper of our brand platforms and frameworks, bringing our brand to life beyond trading activities.
This includes partnerships, sponsorships, community engagement, sustainability, and activations across paid and owned media.
Customer Insight and Experience: Utilise customer insights to create a cohesive and engaging customer experience across all touchpoints and marketing activities.
Leadership in Communications: Oversee key brand communications, ensuring consistent messaging and amplifying brand awareness and consideration.
Brand Health & Growth: Improve brand health metrics and drive growth beyond tactical plans.
Use data and measurement to optimize investment and enhance returns.
Brand Alignment: Ensure brand clarity and prevent a fragmented customer experience by being the custodian of the brand across the business.
Qualifications You are passionate about branding and have extensive experience managing large, complex brands.
You have a proven track record of transforming brand trajectories, embedding change, and delivering results.
Your holistic approach, coupled with your ability to influence stakeholders and gain credibility, will be key to your success.
You excel at communicating a future vision and implementing it effectively.
This role is all about relationships.
You will collaborate with our insights team, retail marketers, creatives, corporate affairs team, GMs, and executives.
Your relationship with our agency partners will be crucial in shaping our strategies and execution.
There is no playbook for this role, so we are looking for someone who can strategically contribute, pave the way, and champion the brand to consistently deliver for our customers.
